Our Process

Our process is built upon 3 pillars guaranteeing successful execution.

Plan and prepare

During this phase we identify the campaign focus and gather the relevant collateral. A list of Targets is developed based upon industry, company size, SIC's and more. A custom call guide is developed that clearly communicates the companies message and offer as well as allows for gathering of needed information and qualifiers.

A team of experienced and qualified agents is selected and trained on the campaign specifics and the campaign is setup in the CRM.

Execute

The team conducts a series of test calls and fine tunes the call messaging to maximize benefit to clients. Calls are made to reach prospects and data in the CRM is updated in real time. The team also makes notes to document the call.

Effort is made to generate interest and all leads are tracked. Contact details for the leads are double verified and updated in the CRM.

Monitor and report

Team leads monitor the progress of the campaign, identify roadblocks and make necessary changes. Progress and calling statistic reports are developed periodically. Lead reports are sent to clients and feedback is incorporated.

Campaign quality is continually monitored and improved.
